Follow the mobile app instructions to get your calendar link
On Mobile App
Open the Heja app
Go to the Schedule view
Tap the three-dot menu (⋯) in the upper right corner
Tap Subscribe to team schedule
Tap Copy calendar link to copy the webcal URL
In HappyParent, go to Settings > Inboxes & Calendars and scroll down to Connected Calendars
Click Add Calender Feed and paste in your webcal URL. You can also add a name (e.g., Alex Rec Soccer) and associate the calendar with a child.
Tip: Calendar sync requires a Heja Plus subscription — it's not available on the free tier. The webcal URL is only accessible from the mobile app, not from a web browser. You may need to email the link to yourself to transfer it to a computer.
