LeagueApps is a registration and scheduling platform used by youth sports leagues, clubs, and rec programs to manage seasons, games, and practices.
On Desktop / Web
Log in to your league's LeagueApps website (your league's custom domain, not leagueapps.com)
Go to your Dashboard
Select My Schedule from the left sidebar
Click Subscribe to Calendar at the top of the screen
Choose Copy Link to copy the webcal URL
In HappyParent, go to Settings > Inboxes & Calendars and scroll down to Connected Calendars
Click Add Calender Feed and paste in your webcal URL. You can also add a name (e.g., Alex Rec Soccer) and associate the calendar with a child.
On Mobile App
Open the LeagueApps Play app
Tap the icon in the top-right to go to My Account
In the Members tab, tap the participant name
Tap Subscribe to Calendar
Copy the calendar link
In HappyParent, go to Settings > Inboxes & Calendars and scroll down to Connected Calendars
Click Add Calender Feed and paste in your webcal URL. You can also add a name (e.g., Alex Rec Soccer) and associate the calendar with a child.
Tip: Make sure you use "Subscribe to Calendar" (live-updating feed), not "Download File" (one-time import that won't update). When a game is rescheduled, the old event is marked RESCHEDULED and a new one appears separately.

Will my calendar update if the league changes the schedule?
Yes, as long as you used Subscribe (not Download). LeagueApps calendar feeds are live subscriptions that automatically reflect changes made by your league administrator.
Can I combine schedules from different leagues?
Yes. If your child plays in multiple leagues that use LeagueApps, add each calendar link separately and HappyParent will merge them.
Does this share my login with HappyParent?
No. Calendar links are read-only feeds. Your LeagueApps credentials are never shared with HappyParent.
